Wambai is an AI-powered personal finance management platform that helps households track expenses, income, and net worth. The Service includes manual and automated transaction tracking, budgeting tools, and financial analysis features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Wambai offers a free Standard plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security and privacy of your financial data seriously. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wambai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wambai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
